Zoe Leavitt is a Counselling Psychologist which means she has undergone further post-graduate training and supervision to be an 'Endorsed Specialist' by Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) in the area of Counselling Psychology. From a young age Zoe was always interested in psychology, mind/body healing and esoteric practices. Due to this interest she has been involved in a number of different training programs incorporating the mind-body perspective. This includes her Masters thesis on Mindfulness and Well-Being, Clinical Hypnosis, Gut-Directed Psychology and Hypnotherapy and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). Zoe also has a longstanding, specific interest in women’s psychological well-being and enjoys working in this area. On a personal level Zoe endeavours to live a life congruent with her therapeutic approach of healing and compassion, herself practicing many of the techniques she teaches her clients.
Zoe works from an informed perspective, incorporating psychological science and holistic modalities.
